TG Lynes Streamline their Delivery Notes

TG Lynes of Enfield, North London have had fantastic growth over the last two years and now make well over 200 daily deliveries to the building and plumbing trades. Each delivery results in the delivery note being signed and of course, as with all deliveries, queries and questions down the line were affecting their financial metrics. With the paper document being filed manually it was taking far too long to retrieve requested documents.

Click2Scan were invited to discuss this problem and to make recommendations. We suggested File Director Small Business Edition together with a DR Canon Scanner. Now delivery notes are scanned with the unique number automatcially read using zonal OCR. This reduces the amount of post scanning indexing and allows for easy capture of the delivery notes. With 5 concurrent retrieval licenses, queries can now be answered immediately and proof of delivery emailed across to the anxious customer during the conversation.

Ultimate Finance add eCopy

Ultimate Finance process a huge amount of invoices on behalf of their customers each day and have recently added an eCopy Scanstaion to their Richo Multi Functional Printer in Manchester. Click2Scan were asked to design and install a solution to allow remote uploading of scanned invoice documents to their ADOS Document Management server in Bristol without compromising their crucial bandwidth.
