About Us

We provide everything you need to streamline a process, to save space and to make it easier to find important information faster.  We are Click2Scan Ltd, a specialist company that provides solutions for companies or individuals looking to scan documents or photos.

Click2Scan was founded in 2007 by Martin Peirce, a Certified Document Information Architect (CDIA+) and former Solutions Development Manager at Canon UK. In 2008 Martin was joined on the board by Jeremy Burgess, also CDIA+, who was latterly Canon's Software Alliance Manager and managed relationships with all the key document management vendors in the industry. Together Martin and Jeremy bring a wealth of experience to the business and, together with our back-office team are able to create bespoke solutions which really deliver on or customers' needs.

Our services and solutions are designed to help 'digitise' and manage hard copy information. If you want to do this in-house, we can provide you with software and scanning hardware (including short-term scanner hire / rental). If you want to take advantage of our streamlined bureau operations we can collect your documents and scan them off-site in our scanning centre base in Mere, Wiltshire where we provide a fast turnaround at very affordable prices.
