Ultimate Finance process a huge number of invoices on behalf of their customers each day and have recently added an eCopy Scanstaion to their Richo Multi Functional Printer in Manchester giving quick and easy scanning to their busy team.
Click2Scan were asked to design and install a solution to allow remote uploading of scanned invoice documents to their ADOS Document Management server in Bristol without compromising their crucial bandwidth. Files are cached in Manchester and replicated overnight to their central document management server.
From the moment documents are scanned in either location, staff are able to access those documents quickly ensuring that they can focus on the personal touch with their customers.
